  • Application for Admission is to be made in Prescribed Application Form after Notification of DR. K. R. ADHIKARY COLLEGE OF OPTOMETRY & PARAMEDICAL TECHNOLOGY with requisite fees for form and prospectus of Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred) from office/online.
  • The filled application addressed to the Administrator-cum-Principal should be submitted in the office of College Building in hand/ by post before announced last date and with late fees of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred) up to 10 days after prescribed last date.
