Our country needs thousands of medical practitioners and their success depending on sufficient number of paramedical technologists. The availability of such paramedics in respect of requirement are not equal. To cover this gap in the health care management our DR. K. R. Adhikary College took the pioneering leadership in 2003, under the affiliation of University of Kalyani, a state University of West Bengal to train young men and women in the field of paramedical technology.
The great educationist Prof. (Dr.) Tapan Kumar Adhikary is the founder and the Principal of this College. From 2003 thousands of pass out students built their carrier through Govt. & Corporate Healthcare Sector, some of them are well established with self-practice. The mission of this college is “to educate unemployed for self-employment in healthcare sector” and the vision of this college is “be a professional, job will search you”
